Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated August 12, 2026

How to request deletion of your data from Reznt. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data more generally.

1. Who this applies to

This page covers two groups of people: business customers who run their conversations through Reznt, and the individual customers of those businesses who have messaged them over a channel Reznt connects to, such as WhatsApp or Instagram.

2. If you're a Reznt business customer

You can request deletion of your organization's account and all data tied to it — connected channels, conversations, customer records, and orders — by emailing privacy@reznt.com from the email address on your account, or by asking us in-app. We'll confirm your identity, then delete the data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain some of it for legal, security, or accounting reasons (see our Privacy Policy, section 5).

3. If you messaged a business that uses Reznt

If you're an individual who has messaged a Reznt-connected business on WhatsApp or Instagram and want your message data deleted, you can ask that business directly, or email privacy@reznt.com with the phone number or Instagram handle you messaged from and the name of the business you contacted. We'll locate and delete the corresponding conversation data from Reznt on your behalf.

4. What gets deleted

A deletion request removes the message content, sender identifiers, media, and conversation metadata tied to the account or contact identified in the request. It does not affect the underlying WhatsApp or Instagram account itself, which is controlled by you through Meta, not through Reznt.

5. Confirmation

Once a deletion request is processed, we'll confirm completion by email to the address the request came from.
