Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Reznt, a customer conversation platform operated by Aznt AI ("Aznt AI", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Reznt, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent ("you", "your business").

Reznt unifies messages from channels you connect — including WhatsApp and Instagram — into one inbox, and uses AI to draft suggested replies and score incoming conversations. Some reply types can be configured to send automatically; others require a staff member's approval before sending. You control which is which for your account.

Reznt is a tool you use to communicate with your own customers. You, not Aznt AI, are responsible for the content of messages sent from your account and for your relationship with your customers.

To use WhatsApp or Instagram messaging features, you must connect an account you own or are authorized to manage, using credentials or tokens you provide. You represent that you have the right to connect that account and to grant Reznt the access needed to send and receive messages on its behalf.

You are responsible for complying with the policies of any platform you connect, including Meta's Platform Terms, WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, and Instagram Platform Policy — for example, only messaging customers who have opted in to hear from your business, and honoring opt-out requests.

You agree not to use Reznt to send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or content that is unlawful, deceptive, or violates the rights of others; to attempt to circumvent messaging opt-outs; or to interfere with the security or normal operation of the service.

We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate this section, or that cause a connected channel to be restricted or suspended by its platform.

Paid plans and pricing are described on our pricing page. Fees are billed in advance on the cycle stated at signup and are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with notice; continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

You retain ownership of your business data and your customers' message data processed through Reznt. Our handling of that data is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and process your customers' data, and for your own privacy notices to them.

You may stop using Reznt and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or if required by a connected platform. On termination, we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Reznt is provided "as is." AI-drafted replies and lead scores are suggestions, not guarantees, and you are responsible for reviewing automation settings appropriate to your business. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aznt AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms as Reznt's features change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date below; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
